Senior In‑house Attorney – Epic
Location: Madison, WI (Campus). Relocation assistance available.
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to support Epic’s ongoing growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets. You’ll negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide, forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad, and manage litigation.

Qualifications
Strong academic and professional background
Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges
Motivation to learn about a wide range of topics including IP, privacy, corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management
Relocation to the Madison, WI area required and fully reimbursed
