Position at Epic – Madison, WI campus (relocation required). The role supports Epic’s growth, negotiates multi‑million dollar license and service agreements, fosters vendor relationships, ensures compliance with legal frameworks domestically and internationally, and manages litigation. Responsibilities expand rapidly as you develop industry knowledge.

Negotiate and draft large‑scale license and service agreements.
Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
Ensure compliance with existing and emerging legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
Manage litigation.
Qualifications
Strong academic and professional background.
Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
Motivated to learn about intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
Relocation to Madison, WI area required and fully reimbursed.
COVID‑19 vaccination required.
