Compensation and Benefits

Competitive flat‑rate compensation. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job‑related factors as permitted by law.

Tiered base rates:

A – $28.93 to $36.92 per hour, 30‑hour billable week guarantee.

B – $25.81 to $32.95 per hour, 20‑hour billable week guarantee.

C – $22.58 to $28.86 per hour, 20‑hour billable week guarantee.

Productivity incentive bonus up to $1,100 per month.

Typical schedule: 5 days per week, usually Monday, Friday, and Saturday. Sundays off and an additional day off based on business need.

Responsibilities

Maintain in‑depth knowledge of specialized skills and continue to develop additional technical skills for flexibility in work assignments.

Properly maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures.

Accurately perform repairs and maintenance on all vehicles as specified in manufacturer‑designed procedures or accepted industry practices.

Qualifications

Experience as an automotive technician with advanced diagnostic equipment; proven technical guidance ability.

ASE certifications or equivalent car dealership certifications in automotive diagnostics/repairs preferred; or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire (paid by AAA).

Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.

Valid driver’s license.

Successful completion of pre‑employment screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position.

Authorized to work in the USA.
