A‑Level Technician – $28.93 to $36.92 hourly flat rate, 30‑hour billable week guarantee B‑Level Technician – $25.81 to $32.95 hourly flat rate, 20‑hour billable week guarantee C‑Level Technician – $22.58 to $28.86 hourly flat rate, 20‑hour billable week guarantee Pay adjusted based on experience, location, and job factors per law. What Our Automotive Technicians Do
Maintain in‑depth knowledge of specialized skills, continuing to develop additional technical skills for flexibility. Properly maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures. Accurately perform repairs and maintenance on all vehicles per manufacturer procedures or industry practices. What You Will Need
ASE certifications (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid by AAA) or car dealer certifications. State safety and emissions license preferred, not required. Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for prolonged periods. Screening results - criminal, drug, and motor vehicle check. Benefits
