What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist potential customers in navigating the online insurance shopping experience and obtaining quotes for health insurance options
Address and resolve basic administrative and billing questions for existing customers
Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email while documenting interactions using support ticketing software
Propose process and product solutions to enhance customer experience
Contribute to the Support team’s mission to delight customers and eliminate fear of purchasing health insurance
What is Required (Qualifications):
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
Highly productive with strong multitasking skills
Passion for helping people, especially regarding their health
Ability to work in a high-volume contact center environment
Fantastic oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with support ticketing and/or support CRM software tools
Strong desire to assist small businesses and their employees with health insurance inquiries
