Your Impact
Prevent issues before they happen through scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance.
Own troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Respond rapidly to maintenance requests and emergencies to keep production moving.
Document all work precisely—repairs, adjustments, parts, and recommendations.
Support equipment setup/teardown for operations and events.
Collaborate to boost reliability, efficiency, and safety across the facility.
Adhere to all safety requirements and company procedures without compromise.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate or degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience in maintenance or a closely related trade.
Preferred exposure to high pressure die casting environments.
Preferred experience supporting CNC equipment.
Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Comfort reading manuals, electrical prints, and schematics.
Analytical problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
