We are Elmar Holdings, the parent company of Elmar Heating & Cooling, Elmar Group, and TradePro Supply. We are looking for a competent and responsible bookkeeper to manage standard bookkeeping tasks in a full‑time (40 hours) in‑person position based out of Timonium, MD.
Pay Base pay range: $21.00/hr – $23.00/hr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
Record day‑to‑day financial transactions and complete the posting process via QuickBooks.
Verify that transactions are recorded properly in QuickBooks.
Pay off accounts for local vendors & suppliers related to the branch.
Reconcile bank statements against the company ledger in QuickBooks.
Run payroll for all employees with the assistance of the branch manager.
Communicate with headquarters to ensure all processes are followed correctly.
Qualifications
Reliable and trustworthy.
Hardworking.
Fast learner, good with technology.
Prior bookkeeping/money management experience.
Prior education is also a plus.
