Elmar Heating & Cooling is hiring an HVAC Service Technician in a no-pressure sales environment. We are a residential HVAC service provider focusing on servicing heat pumps, gas furnaces, boilers, ductless and tankless products. Located in Lutherville-Timonium near I-695 and I-83, our employees live in Baltimore, White Marsh, Towson, and Pikesville with generally simple commutes. Base pay range provided by Elmar Heating & Cooling. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range
$28.00/hr - $36.00/hr What you can expect from this role
You’ll troubleshoot and diagnose residential and light commercial HVAC systems and provide valuable solutions. You’ll mainly focus on mechanics but can provide solutions and earn commissions if desired. You’ll work independently but will have support from dispatch and the branch manager. You’ll tackle challenges that will push you to improve your skillset and logical reasoning. Why should you apply

Trade School educational level. Universal CFC Certificate. Valid driver license / clean record. Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience. Journeyman license is a plus. Jaw-Dropping benefits
$28-$36 hourly. Tool grant: $300 for tools yearly. Commissions (up to 3% for each sale). Take your truck home. Referral program: up to $1,200 for referring us to an employee we hire. Up to 13 days of PTO. Bonus structure. Next steps
