This position offers a base pay range of $22.00/hr – $29.00/hr. Your actual rate will be based on your skills and experience.

Responsibilities

Be a Team Member

– Collaborate with colleagues to fulfilling sales and service requests, educate associates on tools and tasks, mentor new technicians, and develop interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service.

Be an Expert

– Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS systems, and Point‑of‑Sale procedures.

Be a Techie

– Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement. Leverage handheld technology and systems for immediate business decisions.

Be an Owner

– Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs, track and monitor returns and special orders, operate cash registers, manage inventory, maintain safety and compliance standards, and complete required documentation.

Be a Talent Ambassador

– Advocate for members, model high‑quality service, and inspire others with a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, including the Open Door Policy.

Prioritize work assignments using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers and customers, and recommending improvements.

Promote a culture of belonging, respect, and teamwork, and help associates thrive.

Act with integrity, supporting Walmart’s regenerative goals and fostering a positive impact for associates, customers, and the world.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay: $22.00/hr – $29.00/hr.

Premiums: $0.35–$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid state‑issued driver’s license.

18 years of age or older.

Completed all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.

Preferred Qualifications

Auto service industry experience.
