Champion continuous improvement, using retrospectives and data to drive concrete changes that unlock capacity, reduce friction, and improve quality.

Who You Are

Strong ownership for outcomes and a servant‑leader mindset with courage to challenge the status quo.

Adaptability in an over‑capacity environment, guiding teams through prioritization and trade‑off decisions.

Curiosity and a bias toward experimentation, especially in leveraging AI for team improvement.

A calm, steady presence focused on patient safety and business value in complex situations.
