AI Specialist
The AI Specialist will be a key contributor in TCS Interactive’s DX Practice, focusing on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experience, marketing technology, and digital transformation initiatives. This role demands strong technical expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI, combined with a deep understanding of digital experience platforms and enterprise ecosystems.
Technical Expertise
Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Generative AI models, and NLP techniques.
Hands‑on experience with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI) and tools like GitHub.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with APIs for integration.
Domain Knowledge
Understanding of digital experience platforms, marketing technology stacks (Adobe, Sitecore, Salesforce, etc.), and data ecosystems.
Exposure to personalization engines, recommendation systems, and conversational AI.
Responsibilities
Design and implement AI‑powered solutions for personalization, automation, and customer engagement across marketing, commerce, and service channels.
Develop and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and conversational AI.
Drive PoC and MVP‑led experimentation for AI use cases in DX, leveraging frameworks.
Collaborate with design studios and engineering teams for rapid prototyping and creative AI engineering.
Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM, CDP, and marketing automation tools.
Ensure compliance with Responsible AI frameworks, geo‑specific regulations, and data privacy standards.
Work closely with DX Advisors, Experience Designers, and Martech SMEs to align AI solutions with client objectives.
Participate in client workshops and strategic discussions to position AI capabilities effectively.

Bachelor of Computer Science.
Salary $120,000 – $150,000 per year
