Our client, a well-established organization in the Portsmouth, NH area, is seeking a Data Entry Specialist focused on purchase orders to support a corporate team with purchasing and administrative functions. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity ideal for someone detail‑oriented with strong Excel skills and prior purchase order experience. The role is fully onsite and will pay $20–$21/hr.
Responsibilities
Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and reconciliation Process invoices and credit memos Track expenses and support monthly accruals Communicate with internal teams and vendors as needed Qualifications
