Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 12 month+ contract (possible extensions)
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite Mon-Thurs, Remote Friday)
Required Pay Scale: $50-55/hr W2

Job Summary
The Customer Success Operations Strategy team is a cross‑functional group focused on delivering strategic initiatives and projects that drive business value for both internal and external stakeholders. The team supports project delivery, process optimization, and continuous improvement, working closely with operations teams and senior leadership. The environment is collaborative, fast‑paced, and entrepreneurial, with a strong emphasis on results, stakeholder alignment, and adaptability. Project Details
You’ll spend your day juggling projects, keeping everyone on track, and making sure things get done without too many surprises. Project management methodologies, analytical skills, business case development Communication skills, problem‑solving skills The team is very collaborative, results‑oriented, and entrepreneurial. Members are expected to be flexible, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and change. The best personality fit would be someone who is a strong communicator, a team player, and adaptable. Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is hands‑on, and can navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy. Must Haves / Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 3-5 years project management experience managing complex enterprise level projects and multiple projects in dynamic and demanding environments Project/strategic planning and business background with understanding of assigned areas of responsibility Demonstrated experience with waterfall project management Demonstrated presentation and training skills, with experience presenting complex findings to executive leadership and cross‑functional teams Experience working on technology integration and operations projects Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, or Computer Science PMP certified Demonstrated experience with Agile project management Knowledge of the utility and/or the deregulated energy industry Demonstrated advanced analytical skills, including data interpretation and actionable insights development About Matlen Silver
