Diesel Mechanic - Heavy-Duty Fleet Maintenance
Hourly Range: $24.41 - $30.51
This is a hands‑on diesel mechanic role supporting a large, active fleet of heavy‑duty equipment. You will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance that keep operations running safely and reliably. This is demanding work that requires mechanical expertise, accountability, and pride in workmanship.

What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair heavy‑duty diesel vehicles and equipment
Perform engine, brake, hydraulic, electrical, and CNG system repairs
Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections
Document repairs and maintenance accurately
Work safely in a fast‑paced maintenance environment
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of heavy‑duty diesel mechanic experience
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Ability to lift, pull, and push objects weighing over 50 pounds
Safety‑focused and dependable work ethic
Willingness to work evening or overnight shifts
Pay & Schedule
Hourly pay
Most positions support night operations with 10–12‑hour shifts common
Day shift opportunities may be available depending on location
Overtime is a regular part of this role
