Industrial Mechanic - Anaerobic Digester Operations
Annual opportunity of $60,265 - $93,729 per year based on hourly wages.
This role supports complex industrial processing operations through hands‑on maintenance of fixed mechanical and process‑support systems. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will work within anaerobic digester facilities to keep critical equipment operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance. This is skilled, technical work in a regulated plant environment supporting renewable energy and advanced recycling.

What You’ll Do
Maintain and repair pumps, motors, conveyors, and mechanical process equipment
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and routine plant inspections
Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and emergency response activities
Interpret gauges, meters, and basic instrumentation readings
Work safely within industrial plant environments and follow LOTO and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of industrial or plant maintenance experience
Strong mechanical aptitude with rotating and process equipment
Familiarity with industrial plant environments
Ability to lift, pull, and push objects weighing over 50 pounds
Safety‑focused, dependable work ethic
Pay & Schedule
Hourly pay
Shifts based on plant operational needs
Extended 10-12 hour shifts may be required
Overtime and emergency response coverage may be required
