Role Description
LOVE, BEAL & NIXON, P.C. is adding a full-time Associate Attorney position based on‑site in Oklahoma City, OK. The Associate will represent clients in Oklahoma and Arkansas, focusing on creditor rights. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, negotiating settlements, and appearing at court hearings. The role requires collaboration with a team of legal professionals and adherence to legal and ethical practices.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, active membership in the Oklahoma State Bar or Arkansas State Bar, and qualified to become licensed in multiple states.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong research and analytical skills for legal cases.
Proficiency in negotiation to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Ability to work effectively under deadlines and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Prior experience in litigation or creditor rights is an asset.
