Responsibilities
EM position at a 25-bed critical access hospital
Flexible shift schedule will average 12 shifts per month
12-hour shifts for a mix of days and nights; all nights are an option if desired
Estimated 10k annual patient volume
EM physicians, 2025 EM residents, or IM/FM physicians with current EM experience
1099 independent contractor status with malpractice/tail coverage
$50k sign-on bonus treated as a forgivable loan over 3 years
Central North Dakota community is 90 minutes from Grand Forks or 2.5 hours from Fargo
