Overview R+L Carriers has immediate openings for a Safety Compliance Administrator, reporting to the DOT Compliance Manager. The incumbent will review and process driver qualification paperwork for newly hired drivers, maintain current driver files and records, perform clerical tasks, and handle safety department incoming calls and events.

Responsibilities

Review and process all driver qualification paperwork for newly hired drivers.

Maintain and track current driver files and records.

Perform clerical tasks as assigned.

Handle safety department incoming calls and events.

Qualifications

Good verbal skills and telephone manner.

Strong writing skills and ability to compose business correspondence.

Minimum one year of clerical support experience including data entry.

Ability to work in a confidential capacity.

Demonstrated detailed organization skills and ability to present reports effectively.

FMCSR regulations knowledge preferred (extensive training will be provided).
