Overview Office Services Supervisor II (General) – Permanent, Full‑time – San Diego County. Responsibilities include supporting the Regional Manager and Licensing Program Supervisors through administration, clerical supervision, and office flow management. Position # JC‑503550 (Job Code : JC‑503550) with classification : Office Services Supervisor II. Salary range $4,375.00 – $5,482.00.

Responsibilities

Supervise and train five or more clerical staff; perform a variety of complex duties.

Assign and monitor office workloads to assure timely, quality production within the clerical unit.

Maintain control records and logs for office controls such as attendance, LIS, or other management information and subject correspondence files.

Develop, implement, evaluate, and modify clerical unit procedures to maintain effective office flow.

Provide clerical support for the Regional Manager and Licensing Program Supervisor(s) on complex or sensitive correspondence or memos.
