Compensation Pay Range:

$16.00 - $22.00

The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervising customer service levels, ensuring telephone policy compliance, processing online orders, handling special and return orders, invoicing before product leaves the store, communicating messages, delegating merchandising tasks, approving schedule changes, and performing opening/closing duties. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Essential Job Functions

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.

Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom.

Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.

Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders timely.

Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.

Process retail customer returns and exchanges accurately.

Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.

Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks.

Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedule and manage clock‑in/out.

Perform store opening/closing duties, including day‑end procedures, securing money/deposits, preparing bank deposits, locking doors, securing building, arming/disarming alarms, and securing delivery vehicles.

All other duties as assigned.

Skills / Education / Knowledge / Experience / Abilities Required

Strong communication skills.

Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired

Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.

Automotive systems and repair knowledge.

ASE Certification.

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
