What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Facilitate and oversee new hire onboarding sessions, both virtual and in-person

Design and customize role‑specific training curricula for various positions within the organization

Create and manage high‑quality training materials and onboarding content

Implement certification processes and provide feedback on new hire progress

Track and analyze key metrics to improve the onboarding program continuously

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement or Learning & Development

Strong preference for experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, or technical B2B SaaS environments

Proven ability to present and facilitate engaging training sessions

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple new hire cohorts simultaneously

Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Engagement Tools, and LMS platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience discussing technical concepts such as APIs, directories, and authentication protocols

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
