Sales Administrative Assistant
As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office. This includes answering phones, responding to emails, greeting visitors, maintaining office supplies and equipment, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring services are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain filing systems, both paper and electronic, ensuring all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and deliveries.
Assist with the preparation and organization of company events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
Provide general administrative support to all departments, including operations, production, data entry, report preparation, and other tasks as assigned.
Manage body inventories, racks, van interiors, and stocking levels versus on‑ground inventories.
Complete production scheduling for the facility in accordance with established guidelines set by the corporate offices.
Prepare sales quotes and sales orders as either a primary or backup function as defined by your supervisor.

Work Environment The role involves working at a desk and requires the ability to work in a manufacturing or blue‑collar environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The team is small, consisting of 10 members, and offers the opportunity to be part of a growing company. The workplace is primarily comprised of Allegis group workers.
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Puyallup, WA.
Pay And Benefits Pay range: $25.00–$25.00/hr.
