Facilitating engaging, virtual workshops centered on life skills such as creativity, communication, and problem‑solving Coaching students individually and in small groups to develop confidence, autonomy, and executive function skills Leveraging platform analytics to customize support and monitor student progress consistently Working alongside other educators to create and refine project‑based learning experiences Establishing a supportive, energetic environment where students feel valued, heard, and motivated to develop What You Won’t Be Doing
