What You Will Be Doing
Facilitating adaptive literacy workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
Creating individualized engagement strategies that resonate with children and foster a sustained passion for reading.
Evaluating student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and generate actionable findings.
Working alongside technology teams to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy platforms.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree plus advanced certification in reading pedagogy (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable credential).
Minimum two years of documented experience conducting small‑group reading interventions with early elementary learners.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate reading proficiency, organize student groups, and develop differentiated lessons independent of prescribed curricula.
Comfortable using AI and adaptive learning platforms, with skill in responding to student interaction patterns.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
Available to work on‑site at one of these locations: Chantilly, VA; Lake Forest, CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY.
