What You Will Be Doing
Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
Creating personalized engagement strategies that resonate with students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading.
Examining student performance data to iteratively improve instructional methods and identify actionable trends.
Working alongside technology teams to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy platforms.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree accompanied by specialized certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades.
Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond effectively to student interaction patterns.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
Available to work on‑site at one of our locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY.
