I opened my agency in 1990 after working in the insurance industry on the financial side, bringing a strong understanding of long-term planning and customer needs into agency ownership. Today, our team includes four members, and we’ve built a warm, friendly, and very casual office environment where relationships truly matter. I’m a proud mom of three daughters and a grandmother to five grandbabies, and that family-first mindset carries into how we care for our customers and support one another. We offer team lunches, health benefits, flexibility, and reimbursement for licensing costs. Our team takes great pride in knowing our clients well and providing thoughtful, personalized service. We’re looking for someone who wants a long-term home, is motivated by growth and opportunity, and values being part of an agency where people genuinely care — both about their clients and each other.
