Your Role
Provide 1‑on‑1, 45‑minute outpatient sessions, both in‑person and via secure hybrid technology
Treat orthopedic, neurological, and post‑surgical conditions
Help provide personalized care plans and home exercise programs supported by Joint Academy tools
Educate and motivate patients to stay engaged in their rehabilitation
Collaborate with PTs and support staff to ensure high‑quality outcomes
Opportunities for growth into additional roles
Qualifications
Active Washington State PTA License (Required)
Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinical experience preferred
CPR Certification (Required)
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Interest in technology and hybrid models of patient care
Passion for patient‑centered, evidence‑based treatment
