Job Summary This position will manage, facilitate, and supervise the daily operations and logistics for the M3 and M4 MD program courses. In conjunction with course/site directors, the Coordinator will facilitate the organization and delivery of courses, prepare accurate curriculum materials, submit syllabi and committee documents by deadlines, and ensure compliance with OME guidelines.
Function as the primary communication liaison between medical students and all administrative staff and faculty regarding course/clerkship activities, policies, and OME guidelines. Maintain accurate and complete educational records in a FERPA‑compliant manner. Maintain knowledge and proficiency in LCME requirements for M3 and M4 courses, continuously monitor compliance, and work collaboratively with coordinators across campuses to ensure course standards are achieved.
Identify and help resolve operational problems that impact accreditation compliance. Work with campus leadership to ensure course compliance with LCME standards. Provide clarification on policies and procedures, and perform essential tasks related to visiting students such as onboarding, preceptor assignments, faculty evaluations, student evaluations, and other associated duties.
Qualifications
Master’s degree (MA)
Minimum 2 years of related experience
No licensure, registration, or certification required
Skills and Abilities

Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook

Physical requirements: Sitting at a computer workstation for long periods, repetitive motion, occasional job‑related travel.
