Responsibilities
Lead, grow, and manage Engineering, Manufacturing, and IoT solutions for industrial machinery customers, including manufacturing transformation, edge‑to‑cloud IoT platforms, and full product lifecycle management services.
Build strong relationships with senior client executives, IT and business leaders, and procurement stakeholders to foster long‑term partnerships.
Monitor account performance, conduct business reviews, and expand service footprint across strategic accounts.
Drive account mining activities, identify new opportunities, and manage sales cycles to closure, positioning IoT and Digital Engineering services effectively.
Develop account maps, identify high‑potential opportunities, and collaborate on go‑to‑market strategies with technical and sales leadership.
Represent the organization at industry events and enhance visibility through thought leadership and client engagement.
Requirements
Strong domain expertise in the process manufacturing value chain for industries such as Chemicals, Plastics & Rubber, Pulp & Paper, Paints & Adhesives.
Proven experience in account management and client relationship building in the US region.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
Deep understanding of process manufacturing technologies and industry trends.
Experience in positioning offerings, developing proposals, value propositions, business cases, and structuring complex deals.
Strong technical acumen with consultative selling skills.
Ability to understand market and customer needs and collaborate with solution teams to develop innovative industry solutions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
