Purpose
The Overnight Receiving Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing the warehouse operations of each retail store. In addition, the Overnight Receiving Supervisor supervises warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators; will manage the daily freight schedule based on customer and inventory needs.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
1-3 years of previous supervisory experience preferred (warehouse or distribution center environment)
Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating, and follow‑up skills
Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments
Effective oral and written communication skills
Competent in basic mathematical calculations
Strong computer skills; proficient with Windows‑based systems
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet established deadlines
Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons
Essential Functions
Daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning for shipping/receiving
Direct day‑to‑day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control, etc.
Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging
Maintain warehouse equipment; provide preventive maintenance and communicate necessary repairs to CEM/Operations Manager
Lead warehouse safety programs in compliance with OSHA regulations
Ensure associates are trained and following standard operating procedures
Manage progressive disciplinary procedures (counseling, oral/written warnings)
Handle employee inquiries and resolve problems
Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations
Prepare activity reports for management
Monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control Specialist for timely data entry
Resolve discrepancies with shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports
Execute the Storage Buy Audit COP
Stage products for counting and inspection
Store products properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures
Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse
Perform other duties as directed by management
Working Conditions
Frequent exposure to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles
Noise level typically moderate to noisy
Physical/Sensory Requirements Ability to exert 30–60 pounds of force occasionally, 20–30 pounds frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Hands and fingers used for handling/feeling. Often required to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pickup Hours
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
