A client of Sharp Decisions is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst. This role is
REMOTE
and a 2+ month contract, W2 only.
Daily Tasks Performed
Evaluate current contract configuration and validation workflows.
Design a QA process that includes methodology, review steps, documentation standards, and quality checkpoints.
Define criteria and test steps to validate reimbursement logic, contract rules, and payment outcomes.
Recommend roles, responsibilities, and handoffs between analysts and QA reviewers.
Create process documentation, templates, and training materials to support adoption.
Position Success Criteria (Desired) - WANTS
Proven background in process design and/or building Quality Assurance frameworks.
Strong understanding of contract logic, payment rules, and common configuration errors.
Experience working with managed care contracts, reimbursement methodologies, and contract configuration.
Ability to document processes clearly and translate complex requirements into actionable steps.
