Vandalia, OH Responsibilities Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.

Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom, including execution of customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).

Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.

Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.

Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure, utilizing electronic outside purchase order ledger.

Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently; issue refunds using the correct payment methods; stage or process returned merchandise as required.

Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced before product leaves the store.

Communicate Zipline messages and delegate/Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.

Ensure team adherence to posted work schedules; obtain approvals for changes/deviations and manage clocking in/out according to policy.

Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, secure money/deposits, prepare bank deposits, ensure security systems are active, and secure delivery vehicles.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

Strong communication skills; ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired:

Retail sales experience (preferably in auto parts); automotive systems and repair knowledge; ASE Certification; fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Compensation

$10.70 - $16.70 hourly. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts per hour in specific circumstances; premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
