We are seeking a hands‑on Beverage Production Supervisor to lead daily operations of a beverage can line. This role is responsible for supervising production staff, enforcing food safety and quality standards, and driving efficiency across the beverage department. What You’ll Do
Supervise and schedule beverage production operators Coach, train, and hold team members accountable Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, and 5S standards Oversee inventory accuracy, work orders, and production documentation Confirm materials are staged and pre‑operational checks are completed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment Support equipment maintenance and proper storage What We’re Looking For
Manufacturing or food & beverage production experience Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of inventory control and production processes Familiarity with 5S, GMPs, and food safety practices Strong communication skills in English; Spanish a plus Physical & Work Environment
Regular lifting, standing, and repetitive motion Exposure to common food allergens Production floor and office environment Benefits
