Role Summary: The primary role of the Logistics Specialist (LS) involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery, including unloading and staging of products at the customer’s location. The LS should represent TireHub professionally in all customer interactions, maintain safe driving practices, and deliver exceptional customer service while fostering strong customer relationships. Starting compensation and schedule: Starting wage of $20.25 per hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 over the first year. Schedule:

Distribute tasks across general warehousing, delivery services, and vehicle maintenance; adjust allocations as business needs evolve. Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires for transport vehicles; follow safety standards for packing, labeling, and palletizing orders. Operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks following safety protocols. Conduct and participate in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control. Collect payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions. Ensure vehicles are clean and in good mechanical condition; conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report issues. Maintain driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly. Adhere to TireHub policies and procedures; participate in ongoing training. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision or leadership. Qualifications and Requirements

At least 1 year of general work experience. Valid driver’s license and minimum 2 years driving history (does not include learner’s permit). Must be 19 years or older. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to repeatedly lift, pull, push, and move tires up to 50 lbs with or without assistance; frequent bending, twisting, and lifting. Multitask in a fast-paced environment; load/unload and place tires in warehouse and vehicles. Work up to 35 feet above ground; operate a forklift up to 8 hours per day. Follow traffic rules and safely drive TireHub vehicles to customer locations; work independently and with a team. Familiar with Manifest, GPS, and navigation systems; maintain forklift certification and valid driver’s license. Working Conditions

Physical requirements include lifting/pushing/pulling tires up to 50 lbs or more; standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing, and balancing. Occasional handling of hazardous materials and use of protective equipment. Specific vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Work in non-climate-controlled environments and at customer sites; extended days, evenings, weekends, and possible short notice. Night driving or inclement weather may be required.
