Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior estimators to understand project requirements and specifications.
Utilize basic Excel skills to assist in the preparation and organization of project estimates.
Learn and apply industry‑specific knowledge related to residential high‑voltage systems.
Work with home diagrams and blueprints to comprehend project scopes.
Support the estimation team in conducting material take‑offs and cost analysis.
Assist in preparing accurate and competitive bids for residential projects.
Learn and adhere to HomePro’s estimating standards and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant project information.
Attend training sessions and actively seek opportunities for skill development.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel.
Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Interest in the residential high‑voltage field.
Ability to work with home diagrams and blueprints.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant coursework is a plus.
No prior experience in estimating required; training will be provided.
