Each location, called a Profit Center (PC), is run by a Profit Center Manager as a small business. A typical PC consists of a warehouse, counter, sales office, and occasionally a showroom. PCs conduct business under unique trade names and offer a customized approach, honoring what’s special about each local marketplace.

Work with customers at the delivery site to resolve shipping discrepancies quickly and accurately.
