Teller/Member Service Representative MSR I

Higher rates for Savings, Certificates and IRAs. All for the greater good of your family and your future. This position will serve as a liaison between the members and the credit union. Greet and welcome members and visitors to the credit union in a professional manner. Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of transactions. Provide account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services. Provide a variety of transactional services to members. Complete transaction tracking daily and balance teller drawer in a timely manner at the end of each day. Promote credit union products and services based on member needs that are obtained from member interviews and/or review of member’s account. Actively cross-sell products. Provide information on investment alternatives to members wishing to deposit funds with the credit union as well as research accounts for deposit, withdrawal, loan-payment discrepancies. Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with rotating half-day 2 Saturdays per month Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or GED Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills At least one year banking or credit union experience preferred Short term/Long Term Disability 100% employer paid Life Insurance 100% employer paid 401K and Roth participation The pay range for this role is: 16.50 - 17.50 USD per hour (Hamilton, Ohio)
