Qualifications:
Post Basic ECE
Required Experience: Must have current Post Basic IT qualification and be fully able to communicate verbally and in writing in English. Experience in Reggio-inspired, responsive communication is beneficial but we provide training for all new Educators.
Key Responsibilities: Your role is to collaborate with co‑Educators to deliver a rich and joyful program that honours the children and their interests and facilitates their whole growth and development. You will work closely with families and be curious and engaged in your own professional learning.
Salary & Benefits: Salary starts over $30/hour incl WE and there is a 6 year salary scale with minimum 2% increase per year.
Cost shared extended medical and dental (with life insurance) after 6 months.
