Competitive salary of $60.00‑hr ($120,000 USD/year) with weekly pay, full‑time (40 hrs/week) and immediate availability.
Responsibilities
Facilitate one‑hour life‑skills sessions with K‑2 learners, coaching them and supporting reading skills introduced by Reading Specialists.
Drive student engagement with adaptive learning platforms and support achievement of weekly academic targets.
Guide emotional self‑regulation, resilience development, and problem‑solving through consistent routines and supportive presence.
Monitor individual student growth and challenges, identify concerns proactively, and refine approaches with team input.
Build a classroom environment that balances structure, joy, and individual connection.
Qualifications
Ability to work full‑time on‑site at our Miami, FL campus.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
3+ years working directly with children ages 4‑8 in educational settings, after‑school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts.
Skilled storyteller and dynamic presenter who can capture and sustain the focus of young learners in group settings.
Capacity to maintain rigorous expectations for both yourself and your students, and motivate children to reach their objectives.
Growth‑oriented mindset and receptiveness to feedback.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
