Lead Lifeguard
to join the team at
HyTides Waterpark . This role is essential for ensuring the safety and positive experience of all guests while providing leadership to the Lifeguard staff.
The pay rate for this position is $18.50 hourly. This is the pay rate for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay.
Key Responsibilities
Staff Leadership: Serve as a leader and positive role model for all Lifeguard staff, promoting professionalism and adherence to safety standards.
Compliance & Accountability: Possess comprehensive knowledge of all pool regulations and operational procedures. Hold colleagues accountable for consistently following all established guidelines and safety protocols.
Safety & Environment Maintenance: Directly contribute to the maintenance of a safe, clean, and well-organized waterpark environment.
Operational Support: Support Recreation Supervisors and Recreation Managers in daily operations and execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications
CPR/Life Guard Certificate.
Knowledge of pool safety and procedures.
Able to lead and inspire teams.
Comfortable working in varying hot/cold weather outdoors.
Good physical strength and stamina to stand throughout shift and lif/push/pull moderate weight.
Flexible schedule availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
