Job Description We are seeking a receptionist for our growing hospital. Approximately 36 hours per week, including Saturdays. Do you have prior veterinary reception experience that wants to work in a fast‑paced veterinary hospital? Our ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, compassionate, kind and empathetic. Have a great understanding of the human‑pet bond that is shared and must be willing to treat all pets as if they were your own.
Responsibilities
Greeting clients
Answering phone calls
Client and pet check‑ins
Processing payments
Other duties as needed to support the hospital
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required, veterinary experience preferred
Avimark experience a plus
MS Word and basic computer operating skills
Compensation Compensation depends on experience: $32,000 - $39,000 yearly.
