Job Description We are seeking a polished and organized

Office Receptionist

to join our Los Angeles office. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, highly professional, and capable of managing administrative responsibilities with efficiency and discretion.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.

Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.

Manage the front desk, including mail, packages, and office supplies.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
