Have skills necessary to maintain, operate and enforce the Parking Management Program & Policy. A shift plan is devised to address, report and document incidents that are or have occurred that are potential safety security issues. May be involved in high risk situations. Conducts and enforces surveillance of the property to include the building & parking lots. Have a basic working knowledge of Security Access Control Systems and Fire Alarm & Fire Automatic Sprinkler Suppressions System. Conducts as the 1st Responder, assesses the situations needs, communicates and coordinates resources. Offers assistance to customers and staff in directions, escorts, access issues.
