Pay Rate
based on experience $18.00–$22.00 per Hour. Plus prevailing wage opportunities.

Responsibilities
Assist in the repair and maintenance of asphalt surfaces.
Operate specialized equipment for asphalt maintenance and restoration.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient project completion.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Qualifications
No prior experience required – we provide on‑job training.
Valid driver(s) license (preferred).
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physically capable of lifting and carrying moderate loads.
Being on your feet for 10+ hours.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Availability to work 7 days a week and extended hours during peak season.
