We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to work outdoors in a team environment, ensuring safety and quality on paving, sports court and construction projects.
Overview As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will operate and maintain heavy equipment, follow safety protocols, and deliver precision and accuracy on all job sites.

Responsibilities
Assist skilled workers as assigned.
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, following job specifications.
Maintain equipment through inspections, preventive maintenance and proper care.
Stay constantly aware of surroundings, co‑workers and any trucks/equipment on the job site.
Adhere to company safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
Interpret and complete projects based on job site plans and surveys.
Clean job site at the end of the day, ensuring proper disposal of trash and storage of materials/equipment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proficiency in operating heavy equipment.
Strong commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to maintain equipment and conduct routine maintenance.
Clear communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and successful background check may be required.
Physical Requirements
Remain stationary, standing or sitting for prolonged periods occasionally.
Move frequently across the job site, lifting objects up to 20 pounds constantly, 50 pounds occasionally.
Operate heavy equipment constantly; travel regionally or nationally rarely.
Communicate verbally and hear well; visual acuity for close and long‑distance tasks.
Use ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and equipment frequently.
Physical Demands
Light work moving objects up to 20 pounds: constantly.
Medium work moving objects up to 50 pounds: occasionally.
Heavy work moving objects over 100 pounds: never.
Working Conditions
Outdoor environment with variable temperatures.
Exposure to precipitation, wind, and noise.
Shift work may include overnight hours and occasional overtime including weekends.
Hazardous conditions occasionally.
