FMOL (Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady) – headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA – serves patients across Louisiana and Mississippi through a network of hospitals, clinics, physicians, elderly housing, and integrated information systems. FMOL’s St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS is looking for two motivated Field Support Technicians to join their new off‑site desktop team that specifically supports St. Dominic’s clinic locations. The team will conduct proactive rounding at each clinic, quickly addressing IT needs and minimizing the need for users to submit tickets.
Responsibilities
Perform on‑site rounding at off‑site clinic locations to proactively identify and resolve IT issues.
Provide immediate troubleshooting for hardware, software, printers, and Office 365.
Create helpdesk tickets when issues cannot be resolved on the spot.
Introduce yourself as an IT Technician and maintain a high‑level customer‑service experience.
Deploy Windows 10, manage Active Directory, and maintain SCCM imaging processes.
Qualifications
Highly skilled in customer service with prior IT hardware and software experience.
Intermediate competency in Desktop troubleshooting, Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems.
A+ certification or equivalent is desired.
