The role emphasizes rapid, on‑spot issue resolution and guest‑service‑level support to clinicians and staff. Responsibilities
• Conduct daily on‑site visits to offsite clinics and verify equipment readiness. • Identify and troubleshoot immediate IT issues, or create helpdesk tickets for follow‑up. • Maintain inventory and configuration at each clinic location. • Deliver customer‑service‑focused support, mirroring a Disney‑world proactive service approach. Qualifications
Experience & Skills • Prior hardware and software troubleshooting experience. • Strong customer‑service focus and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365, Printers, Servicenow, and ticketing systems. • Intermediate level of technical support. Contract position, fully onsite, based in Monroe, LA. Pay & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $20.00/hr. Benefits
