Responsibilities
Answer questions, provide information, and sell:
Tickets
Tours
Memberships
Process payments and ticket distribution
Provide exceptional customer service to guests
Additional Duties (As Needed)
Assist with events or other duties as assigned
Skills Relevant to This Role
Ability to learn and use a web‑based ticketing system (Tessitura)
Communicating effectively (verbally and written) in-person, via telephone, and email
Working independently and with a team
Handling cash and payments
Remaining calm during peak times and high customer volume
Physical Requirements
Stand for long periods of time
Work in environments where temperature may fluctuate
Education
High School diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Tessitura experience
Verbal fluency in additional language(s) besides English
Working Hours:
Arrival time of 8:45 AM. Weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required based on the needs of The Ringling.
Anticipated Salary:
$15.45 per hour (24 hours a week)
