Responsibilities
Provide maintenance and repairs to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems and devices, and manage general maintenance tasks. Perform routine servicing of mechanical and plumbing systems as part of the preventative maintenance program; troubleshoot, repair, and replace components. Assist staff with installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, including providing electrical support for special events. Support Ringling ITS staff by installing and repairing telecommunication devices. Generate and respond to emails and work orders via the online work order system; update the system daily on progress or upon completion. Assist with emergency or special facility maintenance projects as needed; remain on‑call during specified periods outside normal working hours. When on‑call, return to the site to respond to maintenance emergencies; perform other duties and assist with special events as assigned. Obtain lift certification and be physically able to operate an aerial lift and forklift. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with two years of related experience, or a combination of post‑high‑school education and experience equal to two years. Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain before hire. Ability to climb ladders and lift/move objects up to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with light plumbing, painting, lighting replacement, and carpentry. Working knowledge of pumps and motors. Ability to perform general building maintenance tasks efficiently and safely. Contact Information
