Overnight Luxury Valet Parking Attendant Reimagined Parking is seeking an overnight luxury valet parking attendant to provide exceptional customer service and ensure safe vehicle handling across multiple locations in Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood.

Location : Various locations in Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood

Shift : Overnight shifts

Compensation : $14‑$15 per hour plus cash tips

Key Responsibilities

Mobilize and coordinate beginning‑to‑end valet process by retrieving keys, retrieving vehicles for waiting guests, loading guest vehicles, and issuing tickets or leveraging electronic devices to enter customer information.

Foster customer success, happiness, and retention by building rapport, addressing inquiries, and providing directions as needed.

Act as a courteous company brand ambassador, interfacing with guests, opening vehicles, and unloading as necessary.

Deploy vehicle safety and security procedures, direct traffic, barricade positions, park guest cars appropriately, inspect for damage, and report incidents and claims to leadership.

Collect and reconcile relevant fees and end‑of‑shift revenue.

Meet and greet all guests upon arrival; assist with unloading vehicles.

Retrieve keys, issue tickets, or enter customer information using electronic devices.

Park vehicles in appropriate spaces, ensure safe operation, and record vehicle details accurately.

Assist guests with loading luggage or personal items.

Respond to inquiries courteously and give directions to highways, destinations, etc.

Direct traffic, position barricades, arrange towing when necessary.

Immediately report incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.

Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

At least 18 years old.

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to verbally communicate with guests.

Acceptable driving record and motor vehicle report (MVR).

Quick learner with sound decision‑making in fast‑paced environments.

Manual coordination skills (eye‑hand, hand‑foot).

Ability to walk or run for extended periods during the shift.

Previous valet experience preferred.
